A. Downhole Equipment
Precision-engineered components for reliable fluid lifting.
Submersible Pump
- Application: Fluid lifting in vertical and deviated wells.
- Key Feature: Multistage centrifugal pumps featuring corrosion-resistant Ni-Resist stages and high-strength Monel shafts. Capable of producing flow rates up to 50,000 BPD from depths exceeding 13,000 ft.
Submersible Motor
- Application: Prime mover for the pump system.
- Key Feature: Three-phase, two-pole squirrel cage induction motors filled with highly refined mineral oil. Designed for high-temperature operations (up to 190°C/375°F) with horsepower ratings exceeding 1,000 HP in tandem configurations.
Protector (Seal Section)
- Application: Motor isolation and pressure equalization.
- Key Feature: Located between the motor and pump, the protector isolates motor oil from well fluids, equalizes internal/external pressure, and carries the pump’s axial thrust load via a heavy-duty tilting pad bearing.
Gas Separator
- Application: High GOR (Gas-Oil Ratio) wells.
- Key Feature: Rotary or vortex gas separators installed at the pump intake to separate free gas from the fluid stream before it enters the pump, preventing gas locking and cavitation in wells with gas content over 10%.
Downhole Sensor
- Application: Real-time well monitoring.
- Key Feature: installed at the base of the motor to transmit critical data—including intake pressure, discharge temperature, and motor vibration—to the surface via the power cable.
B. Power & Control Systems

VSD System (Variable Speed Drive)
- Application: Pump speed control and system protection.
- Key Feature: Intelligent drives that allow operators to adjust pump speed (frequency) to match reservoir performance. Includes soft-start capabilities and protection against underload, overload, and voltage surges.
Transformer
- Application: Voltage conversion.
- Key Feature: Oil-immersed, self-cooling outdoor transformers designed to step up commercial grid voltage to the specific medium-voltage requirements (up to 5kV) of the downhole motor.
ESP Cable
- Application: Power transmission to downhole equipment.
- Key Feature: Available in Round and Flat configurations with EPDM or Polypropylene insulation. Armored with galvanized steel or Monel tape to withstand harsh downhole conditions, high temperatures (up to 232°C), and mechanical crushing.
