Product Catalog
A. Synthetic Resins & Plastics
Versatile thermoplastic materials for molding, extrusion, and film applications.
Polyethylene (PE)
- Application: Packaging films, pipes, containers, and wire insulation.
- Key Feature: The most widely used plastic, available in various densities (LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE) to provide excellent chemical resistance and durability.
Polystyrene (PS)
- Application: Disposable cutlery, packaging foam, and electronic housings.
- Key Feature: A hard, stiff, and transparent resin that is easy to process, suitable for both general-purpose (GPPS) and high-impact (HIPS) applications.
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)
- Application: Automotive body parts, appliance casings, and protective headgear.
- Key Feature: An opaque thermoplastic and amorphous polymer known for its high impact resistance, toughness, and heat resistance.
EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate)
- Application: Photovoltaic encapsulation, hot melt adhesives, and flexible hoses.
- Key Feature: An elastomeric polymer that produces materials which are “rubber-like” in softness and flexibility, with good clarity and gloss.
B. Synthetic Rubbers & Elastomers
High-performance elastic materials for automotive and industrial durability.
SBR (Styrene-Butadiene Rubber)
- Application: Tire manufacturing, conveyor belts, and shoe soles.
- Key Feature: A general-purpose synthetic rubber offering good abrasion resistance and aging stability.
NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber)
- Application: Oil seals, gaskets, fuel hoses, and O-rings.
- Key Feature: Excellent resistance to oil, fuel, and other chemicals, making it ideal for automotive and aeronautical applications.
BR (Butadiene Rubber)
- Application: Tires and golf ball cores.
- Key Feature: Characterized by high elasticity and excellent resistance to dynamic stress and abrasion.
SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene)
- Application: Asphalt modification, footwear, and adhesives.
- Key Feature: A thermoplastic elastomer that behaves like rubber at room temperature but can be processed like plastic when heated, offering superior recycling capabilities.
EPR (Ethylene Propylene Rubber)
- Application: Weather stripping, radiator hoses, and electrical insulation.
- Key Feature: Outstanding resistance to heat, oxidation, ozone, and weather aging.
