Product Catalog

A. Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC)

Optimizing conversion of heavy feeds into gasoline and olefins.

FCC Catalysts

  • Application: High-load, long-stroke applications.
  • Key Feature: An evolution of the conventional design, featuring a second horse-head mechanism. This design optimizes the kinematic characteristics of the pumping cycle for specific well conditions.

FCC Additives

  • Application: Emission control and yield enhancement.
  • Key Feature: Includes ZSM-5 additives for increased propylene production, as well as combustion promoters and environmental additives for SOx and NOx reduction in flue gas.

B. Hydroprocessing Catalysts

Essential for deep desulfurization and hydrocracking.

Hydrotreating Catalysts

  • Application: Naphtha, diesel, and VGO hydrotreaters.
  • Key Feature: Co-Mo and Ni-Mo formulations designed for deep desulfurization (HDS) and denitrification (HDN), enabling the production of clean, high-cetane diesel and jet fuel.

Hydrocracking Catalysts

  • Application: Hydrocracking units (HCU).
  • Key Feature: High-selectivity catalysts designed to crack heavy vacuum gas oil (VGO) into high-quality middle distillates like kerosene and diesel with maximum flexibility.

C. Reforming & Isomerization

Enhancing octane ratings for gasoline blending.

Continuous Catalytic Reforming (CCR) Catalysts

  • Application: Reforming units.
  • Key Feature: Platinum-based catalysts engineered for high mechanical strength and stability, ensuring continuous generation of high-octane reformate and hydrogen.

Isomerization Catalysts

  • Application: Light naphtha isomerization.
  • Key Feature: Increases the octane number of light naphtha streams (C5/C6), providing a valuable high-octane blending component for the gasoline pool.

D. Sulfur Recovery Catalysts

Critical for environmental compliance and plant safety.

Claus Catalysts

  • Application: Sulfur Recovery Units (SRU).
  • Key Feature: Activated alumina and titania-based catalysts designed to convert hydrogen sulfide ($H_2S$) into elemental sulfur with high conversion efficiency, ensuring compliance with emission standards.

Tail Gas Treatment Catalysts

  • Application: Tail gas units.
  • Key Feature: Low-temperature hydrogenation catalysts used to treat tail gas from the Claus unit, further reducing sulfur emissions to trace levels.
